Sentieri has a Real Time Option that can be enable quickly just activating the checkbox.

 

You will even get a second checkbox that will enable the real time mesh generation for your road applying all the setting you have defined. You will find all the information about that in the next sections.

With Real Time Builder enabled you are able to work in real time.
